Janoob Foods delivers across Pakistan to all major cities and towns serviced by our courier partners.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to cities and towns across Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad Capital Territory, and Quetta city. Remote rural areas, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir are not currently within our delivery coverage. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us on WhatsApp (0327-6193703) before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
- Orders with a subtotal of Rs 1,500 or above: Free delivery
- Orders with a subtotal below Rs 1,500: Rs 220 delivery charge
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal before any discounts.
Processing and Delivery Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.
- Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your city and location.
- During peak mango season or periods of high demand, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days. We will notify you if any delay is expected.
Mango Orders (Perishable)
Mango boxes are packed fresh in ventilated, shock-resistant export cartons with protective netting on every fruit. Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we dispatch mango orders as quickly as possible to ensure freshness on arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as mangoes should not be left unattended in hot weather.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery through our courier partner's website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please have the exact payment amount ready when the courier arrives. Repeated order cancellations or refusals at delivery may result in COD being disabled for your account.
