RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Janoob Foods, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.
Perishable Products (Mangoes)
Due to the perishable nature of fresh mangoes, we cannot accept returns. However, we take full responsibility for the condition of the product on arrival:
- Damaged or spoiled fruit on delivery: If any mangoes arrive damaged, bruised, or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send us clear photographs of the damaged fruit and the packaging via WhatsApp (0327-6193703). After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund for the affected items at our discretion.
- Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, you have the right to inspect the box when the courier arrives. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please note it with the courier before accepting.
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as we cannot verify the condition of perishable goods after that period.
Non-Perishable Products (Khaalis Shakkar, Jau ka Sattu, Combo Pack)
- If you receive a non-perishable product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be arranged at our cost.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- Change of mind after delivery (for both perishable and non-perishable products)
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed (non-perishable items)
- Claims made beyond the stated timeframes (24 hours for mangoes, 7 days for non-perishable)
- Orders cancelled or refused at delivery without a valid reason (see COD policy below)
COD Order Refusals
If you place a Cash on Delivery order and refuse to accept it at the time of delivery without prior notice, please note:
- The courier return shipping cost may be deducted from any future orders or credit.
- Repeated COD refusals may result in your account being restricted to online payment only.
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before dispatch so we can cancel it without incurring courier charges.
How Refunds Are Processed
- For online payment orders: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
- For COD orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account). Please provide your preferred account details when requesting a refund.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or process your refund.
